Do NOT use this agency. Just as others have reported, they are extremely incompetent, rude, unprofessional & even lie to HMSA or whatever insurance you have about whether they have even sent someone to your place. This is only agency on Oahu that cannot even tell you when they are sending someone or how long they will be there. On the first day with them, I had been waiting 3 hrs for their employee. Having dealt with company since May of 2023. I can say that not only are they unprofessional, lack the ability to communicate with the ppl that they’re being paid to care for. They’re inadequate to the services that are to be provided for the patients. Not only are they continuously tardy, they fail to show up or simply not follow through with the contract they accepted. Will no call or no show! Will even go as far as to say that they overlap services in the same day. Being “SHORT STAFFED” is no longer an appropriate excuse.... read more
