I feel as though I should save people some trouble by warning you that "Universal Care Alliance or UCA" is not a home that will support your ward/loved one as long as there is behavioral problems. UCA will tell you that your loved one/ward will get the best care. The truth is, the staff has not been trained in how to deescalate situations but rather instigates the client while he/she is disregulated.
