Universal Awning Co. was fast, efficient & honest. They did not try to overprice or rip me off. Excellent work & fabrics. Very professional staff & installers.
Had a great experience from design to install with our residential awning - had a unique idea in mind and Pete took great care of getting the ball rolling. They do have a long lead time, 3-4 months, so be aware of that if you’re in a hurry, but the work is high quality and it looks (and functions ) better than expected- so worth the wait !
Had Universal replace the canvas on my existing awning and build me another to match it and it came out awesome. Was nice working with people that say there gonna do something and it actually happens the way they said it would. Installers in and out quick, huge thumbs up to them. Thank you so much and will be in touch for another by my pool. Ted
