My son"s truck wouldn't start and he was stranded at the house. Paul with Universal was quick to call me back to discuss the situation and that he would be able to fix it the same day. He even helped us arrange for a tow truck. The truck was fixed within a couple of hours and he was very professional and courteous to do business with. I have used Universal in the past and will continue to use them again.
I haven't gone wrong yet taking my vehicles to them. Hard to find integrity in most places these days. Thanks for being there when needed and keep up the good work.

By far the best overall shop in sealy!! I took my truck in there thinking I had major issues, and these guys checked it out and fixed it so fast I couldn't believe it!! And gave me such a great deal I feel like I got it fixed for free!! Jeremy, Jude, Paul, and matt are all excellent, technicians!! Hope I didn't leave anyone out!! I highly recommend these guys and will be bringing all my vehicle issues to them!!
Had a great experience with these guys! I had a major electrical issue on a long drive back to New Orleans. They took my car in immediately, correctly identified the problem, and stayed late to fix it. I was extremely pleased with their excellent work that got me back on the road safely!
