When it comes to their repairs, they will always give an honest opinion on what needs to be repaired and when. And when they do the work, they do it right the first time. Five stars!
The entire experience with Universal from start to finish is pleasant and thorough. Never have I been concerned that Universal was trying to oversell me on anything I needed and they're always realistic with the needs of my vehicle and budget. I won't go anywhere else!

Let’s face it, car troubles suck... but Universal Auto Repair came to my rescue today. Great service and super knowledgeable! They were sure to give me all the information on what my car needed and at a very reasonable price. Kevin was a pleasure to work with, he kept me updated through out the day and explained in detail what was being worked on. I can’t thank the guys at Universal Auto enough, 5 STARS!
