Pool closed because a handful of people don’t follow the rules and they rather punish all tenants than deal with the few that refuse to follow the rules. The apartments are convenient to stores. The maintenance team (Melvin and Roger) are awesome guys. Taylor from the office is sweet and helpful when you need anything. The gym is a really nice one. But the pool closing is not cool 🫠
My husband and I toured Universal today and had a wonderful experience! Our tour guide, Semi, was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, answering all of our questions with such patience and friendliness. We are so excited about the possibility of joining this beautiful community and can’t wait to hopefully call Universal our new home!
Semi and Taylor are awesome. The customer service was undeniably amazing. All though there were a few people in the office. They both greeted everyone individually and made sure every question was answered with understanding.
Semi was absolutely wonderful! She introduced me to the team, showed me the amenities and townhome. She patiently answered my questions with confidence and clarity.
Excellent customer service from Taylor on 4/29. Despite being busy with multiple customers she was highly professional and made time to show me a unit and the amenities on property! She was very nice and helpful and I appreciate her assistance with getting the information I needed to apply and become a resident in near future.
