I rented a one-bedroom first floor unit in the 9074 building in the back of the neighborhood. If I didn't have a upstairs nightmare neighbor from hell situation with dogs that barked EXCESSIVELY at all hours of the day and night, my experience would have been a lotttt better. What attracted me to Universal at BS was how nice the neighborhood looks and the upgraded feel of the unit. if you like living in a very strict HOA, this is the place for you -Will there be ice in the forecast? Prepare this place to NOT treat the sidewalk or stairs (it’s in the lease you sign and they send out an email). I felt bad for the people on the 2nd floor because those stairs were just like the walkway/sidewalk, it was iced over for days this past winter. Such a hazard -If you break the lease, even for a valid/out of your control reason, you will not get your deposit back. Which is in the lease and we understood that. What... read more

I’m not a resident. I tried calling this property multiple times to see if I could get a tour on one of their townhomes. Unfortunately, no response from anyone who was an actual person as they had an AI agent to communicate with me. So I went to their website and booked a tour to see maybe if they were just busy and they would get to me at some point.
