The actual site is beautiful; however, the lady conducting the tour wasn’t exactly friendly or welcoming. I observed another tenant struggling to hold a conversation with her prior to my tour. She gave me minimal information about the property. Didn’t seem to know when any availability would open up for a unit with a garage and I had to ask her for pricing. At the end of the tour, she told me to go to the website to apply. That was it. I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously at all and felt judged. Very discouraging experience.... read more
Stacey was very helpful and kind . She was thorough with all the information provided . Apartment tour was amazing . Property was clean and worth every bit of our time . I definitely recommend !

I have really enjoyed living at Universal Boiling Springs. The leasing office made my move-in very easy. The property is very nice and well maintained. I’ve lived here for about 3 months and Stacee at the leasing office has always handled my requests and inquiries with care. I have recommended this property to others, also. I couldn’t have found a better home!!
She was so sweet and friendly… my little boy is autistic and she was so patient with him
