December of 2020 I hired Keith J Haynes to demo a water damaged floor, install a concrete slab, flooring and get a room "ready to paint". He was also contracted to put flashing around the outside sill plate to help prevent more water damage as well as install 60 feet worth of new drain to prevent the water. we also asked him to repair a small dry wall spot in the kitchen.
