I liked working with Keith. Unfortunately he hurt his foot and had appointments. While the concrete was wet and he wasn't here, his crew walked through the wet concrete. They used a tool to push water into the foot prints to level them out. I told them the water would evaporate and the footprints would still be there. The crew argued about who would fix it. I texted Keith and told him it needs to be fixed before it hardens.. He said it would be fixed. 7 days later I have hardened feet print in my patio. Very disappointed! Lo... read more

This company has been doing work for us for many years. Don't be fooled by the nay sayers. These folks will do everything within reason to do a good job and complete the work in a timely manner. December of 2020 I hired Keith J Haynes to demo a water damaged floor, install a concrete slab, flooring and get a room "ready to paint". He was also contracted to put flashing around the outside sill plate to help prevent more water damage as well as install 60 feet worth of new drain to prevent the water. we also asked him to repair a small dry wall spot in the kitchen.
