On 1/13/23, a tech came to the home, and we signed a contract for a new AC unit with three returns. On 02/10/23, the techs came to the home and installed the new AC unit. They informed me they could not install the returns until the AC unit passed inspection. I was told by the installers that Jolene would contact me to schedule the inspection.
