Sent me an inexperienced little 100 lb little lady to care for a 200 lb man. She was a one day fill in cause the aide on the previous day never showed up. She knew nothing of what to do with a senior in need of daily care. I’m so sorry that I spent all that money for the day to have an amateur paying for an experienced person. Never again will I ever use this company! Will try to dispute with cc company. I feel they took advantage of me with what they did! Shame on all of them!!
Helped with any difficulties I had with my antibiotics..
