Customer service is top notch! Patrick and Fred are amazing, knowledgeable and helpful! They have helped me navigate the crazy world of Pest Control Supplies and if they don't have something they make sure it gets shipped right away. This helps me stay on top of my customers needs!
I called them and asked them when they closed before driving an hour to get product. They told me they closed at 4:30. I also had another friend of mine call them while I was driving to make sure I had authorization to buy on the account. When I arrived at 4:07 they were closed and the door was locked even though they were aware I was driving 2 hour round trip to get product.
