DO NOT GO HERE. Reject this place if your doctor recommends it. My boyfriend has called at least 4 times, and never speaks to anyone. He’s left voicemail after voicemail. No call back. He has been waiting on a sleep apnea machine for months. He cannot get ahold of anyone to find out what is going on. This is by far the worst doctor office we’ve ever dealt with.
Since 2019, I have had several, at least 7, appointments canceled due to the doctors at this clinic. I couldn’t get a prescription for my masks for over 2 years due to the doctors canceling of appointments. When I asked why my appointments were being canceled, the receptionist said that the doctors only work a day and a half a month right now. I have not seen the doctor yet but the process of seeing a doctor is crazy. I have Sleep apnea, been suffering for years, have my BPAP machine and used to have a oxygen concentrator to bleed air into the line so my Oxygen will not drop. I have been of the Oxygen for 3 months now and still have to wait to see a doctor. My oxygen drops to low levels at night while sleeping. My BPAP mask is almost a year old and in need of replacement.
