What’s the point of scheduling yourself an appt for an infusion when you get here at your APPT time and you’re told to go and wait in the waiting room because they don’t have room. That isn’t my issue that you don’t have room, I came for MY appt at MY scheduled time. I should be able to get in and get my stuff done at my SCHEDULED TIME!! I’ll be looking elsewhere to get my infusions done as this an every single time occurrence. What a joke.

I had the worst experience that I have ever had with a medical team, I felt it was the color of my skin and that I wasn't being taking serious for the purpose of my visit. Very disheartening, by PA Deana and her nurse!!
