The lady who answered the phone at the office needs lessons in manners. (July 9th 2026). She yawned in my ear and I was calling to ask about setting up appointment for my mom X-rays. Abruptly told me I needed to call hospital and not Sunnybrook. Her manners and tone of voice were rude and abrupt. We love Dr Gupta but something needs done with the way the phone is answered. I will personally share with him about this at next appointment.
If i can give this place negative stars i would! I do not appreciate how rude and disrespectful the office lady is. The lady said “We need to stop it with these new patients!” It was my grandpas first appt here, he has never been seen by the dr. If they aren’t accepting new patients I don’t understand why we were recommended to come here. Do not take your family members here. You will be treated better else where. This lady works for Dr Sandeep Gupta. My grandpa will never be returning here again.
