This was a horrible experience. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me, she scolded me for not making an appointment (which I was told I didn’t need), she was rude to a coworker, she made a point of announcing how annoyed she was that she had 3 patients WITH appointments coming in and she said “and people keep walking in” loud enough for me to hear. I was the only patient in the office and she treated me like a bother. I will never go back! If there was a way to rate this zero stars I would.

Family member had a medical emergency. The treatment they received turned out to be life saving. I can't say enough about the quality of treatment they received. Absolutely first class!!

I waited there for almost 5 hours in emergency room, they didn't call me , I walked to the mercy hospital very peinfull and they call in with in 40 min over there and find out that one of my knee is fracture. Just go to mercy hospital if you feel sick

Cut half way through my finger with an angle grinder. Went to st Luke's emergency room and spent 3 hours waiting to be seen while bleeding, watched people go be checked in that had no obvious physical limitations and didn't look sick. Ended up getting a ride to mercy hospital from someone else who was also waiting awhile. At mercy I was greeted and taken right in.
