5 months to get an appointment. Lazy Uncaring Unprofessional
Everyone I met was friendly-receptionist, nurse, doctor. Wait time in the lobby and room was minimal. The doctor ( Addie Ketelsen ) listened to all of my symptoms and took all of my concerns seriously. She was easy to talk to and recommended some tests and a procedure. I look forward to finding some answers in regards to my symptoms.
Was hung up on by office staff after they had canceled 2 appointments with me and I said I needed to be seen sooner than what was available. Office is disorganized and staff is rude.
Saw Dr Chepyala a few years ago after I was referred here. I was having chronic nausea and vomiting, and excruciating stomach pain that made it hard to breathe. Without doing any kind of tests, he chalked it up to anxiety. He actually told me "you dont need a gastroenterologist, you need a physciatrist". I asked him if he could check for gallbladder problems and he said "thats not possible, gallstones dont cause symptoms." I left in tears and went to the Mercy ER across the street where they immediately did an ultrasound and... read more
Whenever you try to call the office, it just sends you to voicemail. Havent heard anything back on my test results.
