Rude rude rude! Lady got mad (andrea) and talked to us with attitude because my mom hit the call button for pain meds....she thought they forgot about her because after 2 hours being in room nobody came in, not a nurse or Dr! Definitely don't care about people or what they're going through. If you are a mean person being a worker at hospital is not the right job for you! Now we're going to have to walk out and drive all the way to Peoria hospital! This is insane!
If I could, I would give it no stars. Did not take my 1 year old being injured seriously. Waited over 3 hours to STILL not have gotten her X-rays done, poor baby was hysterically tired by this point after having gotten hurt, got sick, leg was clearly hurt in some way. Had no choice but to walk out and take her somewhere else in the morning. This is so far beyond unacceptable, a child, my child, was neglected by staff in a place where they are supposed to help people!! Will not be letting this go.
Awful, tried giving me a med im allergic to and essentially made fun of me for my seizures
Absolutely the worst ER in Illinois, NO competition. Even if you have lost a limb, you are better off to rub some dirt on it and take your chances. If your looking for any sort of compassion or, God forbid, medical help. The Doctors we have delt with not only look like the went to medical school at toys r us, they act accordingly as well. Make the drive or call 911 and go to OSF. This place unfortunately for the good nurses and doctors that MAY work there, have ER doctors that are a disgrace to the medical community.
I took a chance going to the ER for a bad toothache. Dentist appointment is on Tuesday. DO. Gallegos looked into my concern about the tooth. She was able to give me some meds to relieve the pain until my appointment. I had called the VA, dentist and could not get help or willing to. Pekin ER was great Dr said I will help and she did. Even with a hole in my tooth. I hear people talk bad about Pekin hospital. I have never had a problem. Thanks again for the help
