Every time we come here, everybody is rude. It's very frustrating. Also having doctors work for 16 hours a day is not good for the nurse or for the patients. I hate coming here and so does my mom because she feels everybody is making fun of her and we can hear them talking about her.
Most of the staff I came in contact with were beyond rude, they lack any bedside manner. I'd pick any other ER over this one. I don't know if its just the ER that's like this or the whole hospital but I'd rather not find out. Out of everyone 2 were kind.
Grandson was taken to er and the nurse that came in Donna was rude and needed to keep her comments to herself!!!! You would think when a child is sick they could have a lil compassion!!!
We accompanied my mother as she was having some minor outpatient surgery. Everything was great, the staff was excellent, and the facilities are top notch. Pekin is so fortunate to have such a great hospital right here in the community.
Much better now than when it was Pekin hospital.
