My wife unfortunately had to spend a few days in the hospital. While there were a few staff members who deserve positive recognition, the majority definitely do not. When the patient is told nothing and not included in the care plan while being ignored. She definitely left worse then when she went in. If there was a choice between Pekin or sitting at deaths door going to another hospital, I choose any other hospital even if it take an hour to get there.
