I needed blood drawn. I specifically asked for their best person as I am hard to get blood out of. So what did they do...sent me someone who poked and dug and got nothing. Sent another person who got it on the 1st try. I should not have had to go through that. In competent people. I told the Drs nurse who I was seeing to send the right person. I don't know if she did or just ignored me. This is not acceptable!
