I was billed over $800 for less than 5 hours of therapy, which was after my insurance paid much more. This billing rate is outrageous. Upon seeing a referral from a doctor, they will call you to set up as many appointments as they can, and they will not ever tell you what your co-pay is until after your appointments, then there is the big reveal. I worked with John Bayer for chronic neck and back pain. He is everything you hope to find in a medical professional. His approach was direct and honest while also making sure I understood what was happening. He worked with me to pinpoint causes for my issues and developed an individual PT plan for me to work on.
