I love the renovation they did with this clinic. The new facility is much bigger and easier for handicapped access. Not to mention the staff is phenomenal! They really helped me out when I was in a jam and I'm super thankful. My hand injury couldn't wait 6 months that I would be looking at at a different facility. I highly recommend the hand Clinic I am working with a wonderful therapist. Really I'm just blown away at all the efforts they made to make this place even better than it used to be over at the other facility.

I was billed over $800 for less than 5 hours of therapy, which was after my insurance paid much more. This billing rate is outrageous. Upon seeing a referral from a doctor, they will call you to set up as many appointments as they can, and they will not ever tell you what your co-pay is until after your appointments, then there is the big reveal. I worked with John Bayer for chronic neck and back pain. He is everything you hope to find in a medical professional. His approach was direct and honest while also making sure I understood what was happening. He worked with me to pinpoint causes for my issues and developed an individual PT plan for me to work on. I am feeling much better after working with him and I have a plan in place to continue improving. Thank you John!
