My practitioner is wonderful. She pushes but it’s for you to get healthy.
Site says 'now accepting new patients'. I called to get with a provider, no new patient appointments until 2026 at the earliest. 9 months to see a doctor here and establish care. 2 stars because the woman who took the call was very empathetic and helped me to look for other places to go. Closest was DeForest, so a 25min drive instead of less than 5.
Dr Hansen, her team, and the pediatric department are amazing. Quicker appointment options. Seen immediately if there are kiddo sick issues. Quick MyChart responses. Very kind and efficient team. My son loves “Dr Hehe” and enjoys the time and care given. Moved further away, tried to schedule a different ped (not good experience) and decided to stay put.
I’ve been to many doctors offices this is by far the best ones I’ve been to. Been going here for 4-5 years now. And also a great physical therapist.
Good parking availability, helpful & caring staff.
