Won't be returning to this UnityPoint location. The quality of care and respect for patients is very hit or miss depending on which receptionist or lab tech you are speaking to. It's unfortunate because even if the providers are great, it's still not worth coming here due to the demeaning attitude of some staff members.
Unreasonable wait time for a physical subject to change if the doctor is good
I had an appointment today at 4:20 pm and my dad is a stroke patient and somehow our car wasn’t working and I hired uber and the guy arrived 29 minutes( usually it takes 15) but the road construction there in McFarland. He somehow managed to get there at 4:30 and it was 10 minute late and the lady and nurse didn’t allow us to see the doctor cleavands.
