Dr Hansen, her team, and the pediatric department are amazing. Quicker appointment options. Seen immediately if there are kiddo sick issues. Quick MyChart responses. Very kind and efficient team. My son loves “Dr Hehe” and enjoys the time and care given. Moved further away, tried to schedule a different ped (not good experience) and decided to stay put.
I’ve been to many doctors offices this is by far the best ones I’ve been to. Been going here for 4-5 years now. And also a great physical therapist.

Terrible. I have been trying to dispute a bill for months because they charged FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS for a COVID test! I have called the billing office no less than 15 times, get put on hold, and eventually dumped into a voicemail. No one has responded to a single message I have left. They have plenty of time to send me bills and text reminders, but when it comes to actually addressing an issue, they don't seem to care. I will be seeking healthcare elsewhere moving forward.
