My review was removed, but I have also sent a formal email regarding the dismissive, unprofessional behavior and microaggressions my mother experienced during our visit. Upon arrival, she informed staff of her health status, but before she could finish, a nurse casually dismissed it. Hago esta reseña,justo en la sala de espera....la recepción es la mas pésima que e visto en mi vida,e estado en emergencia en hospitales en países del 3er mundo y mucho mejor q esta aqui...en cuanto llegué a recepcion,hubo q poner un interprete,todo vien hasta ahi,cuando le estoy tratando de explicar a la señora que es un amigo mio que traigo,me dice q tiene q ser mi amigo el que hable,pesar de que le dije que mi amigo está sufriendo perdida de memoria repentina y otros sintomas,como el le va a explicar algo de lo que no rec... read more

My partner and I have currently been in the waiting room for over 2 hours with his apendix about to burst. We’ve had doctor’s call and address our concern with the receptionists and they are brushing it off.

Most disrespectful front desk I have ever met. Medical staff does there best to bad the front desk ruins the whole experience.
