Been trying to book an appointment for the past 2 days and have been on hold for over 20 minutes and have yet to speak to anyone. Hire more people this is unacceptable. Be better.
Receptionists are rude and don’t care. Nor do they answer the phone apparently. Been calling to schedule for two days. From open to close. Been on hold 20 minutes several times and still haven’t spoken to someone

They are wonderful and caring staff. I really cared about us.
My first appointment I wasn’t sure if I would feel comfortable here. But after having to deal with a primary/OB I’ve had for years at UW Health, who decided to abandon patient care without notice, the medical staff at Meriter UnityPoint Health were exceptional. They returned my anxious call immediately, and calmed all my fears. This is my first pregnancy, and I am already stressed with your typical pregnancy fears, so adding extra issues with the doctor I thought I was going to take this journey with was heartbreaking.
