This hospital doesn't even deserve a star!! WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO i came in with chest pains in a ambulance there no way I should have sat in the waiting room for 3 hours, I just ended up leaving because it's was 11pm and I wasn't about to wait any longer like I'm not understanding. DO NOT WASTE YA TIME GOING HERE!! LADY AT THE DESK WAS RUDE AS HELL

I was admitted into the hospital for recovery after I tried to kill myself. I was using meth and I was talking to the doctor about my concerns and I noticed he was documenting things. However he never acknowledged to me that I was going to be put on seroquuel which I found out around 830 that night by my nurse Winston. I didn't want to take the medication but called my sponsor and he said just take it. I took it and the next morning I during vitals I fell down and blood sugar was tested and it was normal. Triage nurse is amazing, hence the only star I will ever give this place. But care ends there. I received a bandaid for a hemorrhage. And forget about disputing anything. As far as Unity Point corporate bots are concerned, if you step foot through ER door, pay every dime despite being sent home without any real treatment. They'll run all sorts of tests to pad the bill, but they're irrelevant to anything other than the bottom dollar. Think twice about any Unity Point hospital, but especially here.

I had to be taken by ambulance to this hospital with a medical event and I was so nervous because we were 300 miles from home but everyone was so amazing to me. Very quick diagnosis and in my way. Very grateful for the level of care and kindness the staff provided me. Would highly recommend

Top knotch. The entire staff, from my Dr's to the gentleman cleaning my room, professionals and compassionate. The nurses went beyond to make me comfortable. Thanks UnityPoint.
