They allow their staff to put hands on their clients and also call their clients names. Cynthia and Heather do not return phone calls. Very poor management skills portrayed.
This place is a joke. I went to see my counselor and was told I can't be seen in the Ames office because I have medicare and they do not have anyone in office that takes medicare. Now I have to drive to Des Moines Clinic to just to see a counselor or do telehealth from a smart device which I do not have. Lazy company
