I am not even supposed to be charged for my therapy sessions since I have assistance through Polk County yet they have billed me personally for every session I have had going back 8 years now. Checking in is hit or miss because they will tell you that you're checked in when in fact you are not. It's happened more than once. If your therapist is leaving or being reassigned they don't allow them to tell you instead they send you a letter in the mail.
