Was on hold for over a hour and half. Then drove 30 minutes away for the first care to say sorry our phone are shut off (apparently they shut phones off at 430 ) so even if you were on hold before 430 u wont get an answer. then they said they couldnt see us even though they still had 40 minutes before they closed and no one was waiting in the lobby normally they are good and would recommend them but after this experience i would say go somewhere else and they 2 ladies that were talking to me were beyond rude.
I have blood drawn once a month.I now pay more out of pocket and go to main hospital.Carle health on griffin is a joke.They have students in training and they have never hit the vein on first poke.Then they repose and try to dig around to hit vein.The last time I went they hit a nerve in my arm with needle and I had tingling in that arm when using it for several weeks.Never again.Im not youre guinea pig to test youre skills on.
Nurse Cassie and nurse Nichole deserve 5 stars. The only reason I give Dr.Larick a one is because there was no option for 0. Her skills as a physician may be adequate but her empathy and ability to be trustworthy are very questionable. I have changed doctors and my new physician had my needed medicine to me in 2 hours while it took Doctor larick 15 days to finally get around to it.whats wrong with this picture.I will end this with a question to Dr.Larick, how would you like being ignored with out the promised taper down medi... read more
