The 400+ $ was the procedure charge and I also paid the office visit co-pay. I was happy to pay the office visit charge- the nurse practitioner was good and earned her co-pay. The receptionist was VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.I called the night before our appt to verify the time and didn't hear back from her until Three hours AFTER the appointment the next day. Then when I called the next day she didn't answer (maybe busy ) putting makeup on her two faces ) ????; but , when I did finally talk to her she was RUDE and UNHELPFUl AGAIN. Jamie, Kelly & Arein are THE BEST!!
They are always so great. I can't sit down and they just have it noted so that when I check in they take me straight to a room where I can lie down. Front desk staff is helpful and personable. Nursing staff is dealing with people with wounds all day long and still have a very upbeat attitude. My problem is chronic and so their willingness to help and be positive even knowing they will see me again, really helps. The docs are always full of info and ideas.
