Took 3 payments out of my checking account Dec 27th and should have only been one, says on mychart they are being refunded but yet 20 days later no one can tell me where the 2 refunds are. I have no issues with Doctors or the actual facility just no one seems to know how to trace funds that they refunded. Very annoying that I have spoke to 3 people in billing and they checked with accounting (they say) and have gotten 3 different answers, except where is the money.. Completely frustrating experience. I called 4 times to see how much I owed since for some reason I am not getting my bills for my child. Not only do they hang up on you when you are waiting to talk to a real person but when you do by chance get someone they keep telling you to either go to the site or your "bill" was lost in transit and they will send another BUT it will take 4-5 weeks. This is the 4th bill for my son that was lost in transit... come on now.
Hospital beds are hard and horrible. I get all kinds of attention during the day and night you’ll be forgotten about.
