I like my therapist a lot, she was very nice. She was very polite and receptive. Their receptionist, however, needs to become more educated on service animals. I had my service dog with me, and she clearly didn’t know what she was legally allowed to ask or what’s legally required of servicing animals. I go back today so I may alter my review based on my experience.
