Came in at 2pm on a Sunday for flu symptoms. Staff at the front was unprofessional and rude. I understand the stress of working in the medical environment but this was absurd. Front desk asked if I was a new patient and when I confirmed I was they said “ughhh oh my god” and rolled her eyes. Then continued to hand a stack of paperwork to us without explaining what they were for

The ER here has really gone downhill...... We waited forever to get a room now we have a room we're waiting forever to be seen. Lack of urgency here seems nobody cares. I should've went with my gut feelings and just went to bettendorf this is awful
