I love this Family Medicine Center. I’ve never had a bad experience. Nikki Woolley is amazing. She listens and addresses each concern. She remembers things and cares. We’ve been going to her for 6 years. Everyone else (front desk/phones/assistants) have all been really sweet and nice.

I would not suggest coming here every time I've called.I sit on hold for 5 plus minutes Cancel my appointment before my first doctor's visit ever will not ever come back here
My mother recently needed information on her chart but forgot her password. She had to go through loops with IT and the front desk trying to obtain her information until we had to speak with the clinic manager Brittney M. And let me tell you!! Speaking with her was the best experience we had through out this entire process!!! Unity Point i know you guys are reading this! Give her a damn raise!!! BRITTNEY M is the best and she handle everything with grace! We truly appreciate you Brittney!
Kangaroo clinic! Went in to have my knee checked out as I injured it while working. The nurse moved my leg and foot around to see if it was causing pain doing so. Then ordered x-rays. X-rays come back negative and she says I need an MRI to tell what is really going on. Then ordered physical therapy. Lol.....so I came in and spent well over 200 dollars for you to move my leg around and tell me that without imaging its impossible to be sure what it is!? So why would I bother going to therapy to waste more of my time and money ... read more
