Can hardly ever get someone to answer the phone and if you do get someone you can't talk to the person you need to and they never call you back. Very frustrating and a poor way to do business.
If I could rate zero, I would. I had 2 appointments rescheduled by the office. I received the online pre check-in email which was completed and returned within the same day. 2 days prior to my appointment I receive a call from the office and was informed they no longer are performing the procedure and I should consult with my primary care physician. So now after 3 months I am back at square one. I found this experience to be frustrating and unprofessional.
