Would give zero stars if could. The African American lady there was extremely rude to me right off the bat when trying to get my infant daughter looked at thats been up crying all night in pain and discomfort and was told there was a 2 hour wait cause there was one doctor fair enough I'll go somewhere else cause shes crying and needs to be seen she wouldn't be comfortable sitting in a lobby for that long. I have been here several times with my son who is now 13. Every time we have been here the staff has been amazing. From strep throat to a broken wrist and everything in between Sue Handke is the best. I believe she is an ARNP. She will treat you like a part of the family .

Only been in here twice and the staff was so nice. Got me in and out in a very reasonable time for how busy they were. Awesome place to go!

each time i come here i feel as though the staff could be a lot nicer. the front desk ladies are kind but the nurses & doctors are just downright rude, especially if you need a doctors note. they make it very clear that it's a hassle for them to write one for you. i've gone here about 3-4 times & each time was a pretty negative experience for me
