I’m almost convinced they ask unapproachable women on the street and hand them a pair of scrubs and give them a name tag lol. The amount of times I have been shrugged off with my own illness or my toddler’s illness is laughable and so disheartening. I always end up having to go to a different urgent care weeks later with the same unresolved issue to find I have had strep, my daughter has an ear infection, etc. it’s very sad. Very disappointed in the way I was treated from the staff behind the counter I showed up and was informed I needed to make an appointment because they had no openings for 2.5 hours even though the lobby was empty. I left made my appointment on line for the Sunny Brook location showed up early and was told I made a mistake and made an appointment for the Dunes and there was a very mismanaged back and forth finally they made me an appointment for 5:30. My wife went to this urgent care clinic after seeing her primary care doctor and going to the ER both of which did minimal exams. The staff here was caring and quickly got us referred to get the proper tests finding my wife had hyperthyroidism and getting her the care she needed. Thank you.
