I have always appreciated the people here.
Very disappointed in the way I was treated from the staff behind the counter I showed up and was informed I needed to make an appointment because they had no openings for 2.5 hours even though the lobby was empty. I left made my appointment on line for the Sunny Brook location showed up early and was told I made a mistake and made an appointment for the Dunes and there was a very mismanaged back and forth finally they made me an appointment for 5:30. My wife went to this urgent care clinic after seeing her primary care doctor and going to the ER both of which did minimal exams. The staff here was caring and quickly got us referred to get the proper tests finding my wife had hyperthyroidism and getting her the care she needed. Thank you.
I went in for a sore throat and white patches on my tonsils. I got a strep test and it came back negative. The ARNP said that she couldn’t see any white patches which were clearly visible. They didn’t listen to my concerns or do anything for me and sent me home.
