We have home to this clinic a few times and the staff are always friendly and they try to get you in and out as fast as they can.
I had a disappointing experience with one of the nurses, Britney. When I greeted her with a “Good morning,” she didn’t respond at all. Throughout the visit, she was noticeably rude and unapproachable. At one point, she even told my son to "move out the way" in a very unfriendly tone, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. UnityPoint Clinic Urgent Care - Southglen This is a reservation based clinic,you can walk-in,if they are booked up you will have to make a reservation!! Short staff! (During lunch after 1pm) there is only 1 nurse that is in the back so it will take a long time to be seen. Wasn't clear on doctor on site at that time!
Got me right in, amazing receptionists, they care!!! And they were amazing! The entire visit made me feel cared for! Thank you guys, all of you! So much!!!
