Tried taking my 16 month old daughter to get strep tested for an appointment at 6 PM and they told me they were an hour and a half behind. I made this appointment hours ago and they didn’t bother to tell me before I brought all of my kids with me so that she could get tested for strep. i’m not sitting in a waiting room with multiple toddlers for an hour and a half.

Got me in & out fast with what I needed. They also hooked me up with a PCP which has been an impossible mission to accomplish since I moved here. So happy with the service
I would avoid any Unity Point facility for this reason. I went to this clinic for a simple strep test on 20 May 2025. The Unity Point Billing Department has had the billing between Medicare and United Health Care screwed up for six months now. Here it is 15 Nov 2025 and they still have not cleared a simple lab fee thru Medicare. The Doc bill finally cleared a couple weeks ago after several attempts. They are now trying to bill me for the full lab fee amount directly even though that is covered by Medicare also. Very frustrat... read more
