Staff members were kind and efficient!
I had a great experience both times. Saw Dr Bobier when I was pregnant and I felt very heard and very cared for, showed a lot of empathy. I did not get the name of the doctor that saw my baby the next time i went, but she was very knowledgeable and patient. She saw that i had a restless baby and got us right in and out.
We always go to St. Luke’s. I came to Mercy because someone said they take you in right away. Well my Experience was bad. The doctor started yelling loud at my son’s face point at him. Because my 5 yr old. Special needs hit my leg. It wasn’t hard but he was up set of getting swabbed. It wasn’t the doctor place to discipline my child. He can be a Doctor and I worry about my child. Very convenient, quick and spot on so far on everytime we have used.
In and out!!! Best urgent care in the area! Our nurse and provider were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They explained everything to us so we left fully understanding of what our plan of care would be and next steps ( if needed ) would be. The ladies at the front desk helped us tremendously with an out of country insurance policy- Highly recommend. 5 rating for you ladies!!!
