My son he just got tube's done for his ear August 21 2025 in September we took him to the express care the clinic was closed and the express care gave my husband some.problems saying that they couldn't find my son medicaid and kept asking if he was a patient once that was over.he.got seen he had no ear infection nothing was wrong which is always a good sign they recommend that we make an appointment with his primary doctor try that they keep.saying o well.let me call the nurse it like they don't want us as patient every time... read more
Went in with a horrible migraine, dry heaving on the table, was barely looked at, given medicine just long enough to get me through 24 hours. Called back with no relief the next day and my doctor and her whole care team had already left for the weekend before 3pm on Friday. Now I will have no relief for the whole weekend because no one is there to refill my prescription. Very unhappy and looking for a new care provider.
No sympathy or consideration for people's needs. Tried getting appt multiple times. The doctor is only available for few hours a day. Not even a thought about getting me into another MD. Flu bug and just said sorry no appointment for me. I'm switching providers.
