If I could give negative stars I would. This is a joke of an establishment and I wouldn't wish their abysmal care on my worst enemy. They've made my first pregnancy such a nightmare that I'm almost wanting to go the water birth at home route. B Richman was the worst doctor I've ever come into contact with. I saw Alayna Ragain and her nurse Jenn this afternoon. They were both absolutely incredible! So positive/bubbly/personable/kind/respectful and energetic! Going in for an "annual" exam that I hadnt done for 20 years, I was less than enthusiatic. But these 2 were amazing! Recommend them 1000000%! Maybe now I wont wait another 20 years! lol...
If I could give them zero stars I would. Brett Richman was rude and condescending. He wasn’t interested in hearing my health concerns. He was rolling his eye while I was talking and asking question trying figure out what to do next. I’m going to take every step to make sure he never make another woman feel how he made me feel today.
I only continued to come here through my pregnancy based off of it’s convenient location, the staff who answer the phone aren’t very helpful, the doctor isn’t very informative and I never felt like they were very compassionate. I left the office more times than not feeling like my questions weren’t answered and that my care was rushed.
