My practitioner left this place with little notice, called to find this out and also found out my on-going blood panels were never sent in. Honestly just avoid this place and find somewhere with REAL doctors, not nurses.
Only place my sister and i will go. Everyone we’ve seen have been very friendly and welcoming. First office my sister has went to and felt heard. They care about your health and do not dismiss your concerns like the majority of offices I’ve been to. Wonderful staff! Wonderful environment! Barely any wait time, i always schedule through the mychart app!
Claiming to be open at 7 but when my fiance tries to call at 7:02 to reschedule she's waiting on hold for 20 minutes, there's no way they are that busy, they just didn't want to answer the phone, the previous time she called the receptionist was rude and catty towards her when she was trying to talk to our Dr or the nurse because they were supposed to setup her pt for her and instead had them keep calling way too early the pt would not leave a voicemail or extension and when my fiance called them back they kept her on hold o... read more
