My family has been going to this clinic for 7 years and we have no plans of going anywhere else. We love the providors and the rest of the staff is always amazing. We always feel like family when we're there and they just love our kiddos and treat them well!
My mother was treated with a severe lack of disrespect while dealing with one of the ARNPs. Telling a dementia patient to their face that they have the mentality of a 2 yr. old, is very hurtful. Leaving my mom in tears was not called for! The whole situation could have been handled very differently. I hope the guilty party sees this and has a little more compassion in dealing with future clients. Without your clients, you don't have a job!
The receptionist is very rude. The arpn's pretend to be doctors. Its clear the only thing important to the staff is money. Really wish there were better options in the area.
Waited over two hours just for the doctor to come into my room because he was to busy helping people that showed up after me
