Not a fan of Janelle. As long as you tell her what she wants to hear, it's all fine. She's condescending and doesnt listen to you as a patient or a person but rather spins your concerns to fit in pre determind box..she gives standard answers. I don't think she's a true MD so that may have something to do with it. Of course this is only my opinion. I'll be looking for a new primary provider.
Took my 94 for year old mom to the ER on a Saturday for bloody loose stool and blood in her urine. Was declined to be admitted because her problems were not bad enough. Dr Dereks kept leaving us in the room while she had to answer the phone. The nurses were cold and non feeling. Wanted to"set me straight". Trying to talk me out of admitting her. Went to Mercy.

Philly Wall is amazing. We established care with her recently and I can't explain how much better I feel having a doctor we can trust again. The office is fantastic along with the nurses as well. 👍
