I always have great experiences here. Dr. Werling is very knowledgeable. He explains things so you can understand better. He takes the time to listen. The receptionists are so sweet.
Has no programs for under insured or lack of insured patients
Great experiences all around, quick in and out, doctors are very friendly and understanding. Most importantly great lab technicians! Last lab at a different location did not go so well. Came back to Indianola for a lab and Kayla made it effortless. Needless to say, best staff I’ve came across. If you need labs, these women are great!
Would not recommend. The waiting area is great and I've always had positive interactions from the gals at the front desk. Our nurse, Alexa, was also top notch and great at her job..... However, our family had been seeing Dr. Lau for general physicals and sick visits and will not be returning. My biggest issue with him is that he doesn't want to administer any tests or find out what's actually going on or why, and essentially gaslights you into thinking that everything is normal.
