Trash Very rude and disrespectful. Had an appointment for 130 and when we walked in had to wait 15 minutes before anyone noticed us. No line to counter. Lady finally look up from the phone and asked who we was. Told them. They then proceeded to ly saying my appointment was for 1 not 130 have text that they sent confirmed the 130. They had as of 130 said i was a no show that they refused service then and in the future because I showed the text confirmed a 130 appointment.

2026 update: Still loving this place! I have since moved both of my sons to see Dr. Jensen. He's awesome! 2022: We moved to the Indianola area at the end of May and needed to find a new doctor. I was happy there was a Unity Point in town as we went to the one in Waukee before moving. My 3 year old son just saw Dr. Jensen the other day and he was great! He was very personable, wanted to know about my son and our family and was fantastic with my son. We will continue to see him.

I always have great experiences here. Dr. Werling is very knowledgeable. He explains things so you can understand better. He takes the time to listen. The receptionists are so sweet.
