Impossible to get same week appointment no matter your ailment. I have been a patient at this location for going on 3 years. For the past 2 years, I am unable to get in for anything. My primary doctor is booked out always for a few months. Even seeing a physician assistant is a few weeks out. Last winter I had a severe sinus infection and went to urgent care. They are so much better and easier to deal with than Mercy.
Triage doesn't exist here anymore...and how can it when someone sitting on their couch at home can get to see the Dr before a child whose parents thought their condition serious enough to get them to the Drs office immediately.
I’m always treated well and I think they do a good job and know what I need or pretty close and they are close for me to easily. I’ve just never had a bad experience with anyone here. Nor places they have sent ke.
