Went to the unity point prompt care at this facility over the weekend. Was told Dr. Goder was taking new patients. Called to get appointment. Hes NOT taking new patients. Waste of time.
Front desk lady very rude. Being a employee of UnityPoint myself. I was very disappointed and will never return.
For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get an appointment with my doctor. Every time the receptionist said they needed to check with the nurse and call me back. I understand people book more at the end of the year, but I can’t even see what’s available. I don’t know why a receptionist, who takes appointment, can’t look at a calendar for any doctor there and schedule an appointment. I work nights so it’s hard to get me on the phone admittedly. Matt the NP and Mika the nurse did great , the best assessment of my son I have ever seen, patient , timely and informative. So thankful for you guys !
RUDE & SNOTTY STAFF, very dismissive to people feeling ill, especially the elderly. Doc Stetter and nurse are great, but they should fire their office staff. Especially the snot that answers the phone. Why be that way? People are calling because they are worried or need help. Why try to make their day worse? Just gross with the lack compassion.
