I had a very concerning experience with this clinic regarding patient privacy. My protected health information was discussed in a way that I believe violates HIPAA regulations. When I called to address the issue, I was told over the phone that the clinic was within their rights, which was both inaccurate and dismissive. HIPAA laws exist to protect patients, and it is troubling that staff appeared unfamiliar with those obligations. Every time I've been to this Clinic I haven't had to wait very long to be seen. Receptionist and staff have always been friendly and caring.
Girl at front desk acts like she doesn’t want to be there tells everyone that it’s going to be a long wait hour and half at least I think this is their favorite thing to say after sitting there reading the reviews online I left and went to er instead

I have the worse sinus infection ever, and got it right after a cold. I felt so crappy and my face hurt so much. After getting a chance to talk to the doctor she right away sent a prescription to the pharmacy and also respectfully listened to my preference on antibiotics. Im only 1 day in on the antibiotics and already feel 10 times better. Thank you guys!
