The girls up front were helpful, but this is NOT express care. I gave up after waiting an hour. I was the next in line, but they said there were three patients in front of me. This doesn't work when you're really sick!
This is NOT an urgent care facility and be advised, insurers may not cover your visit here unless they are in your network. If you are out of network and only urgent care visits are covered, this clinic does NOT meet the requirements and bill as regular doctor's office visits. Do your homework before assuming they meet the urgent care facility definition.
Even though the clinic was very busy, the staff and PA were very considerate and caring. Would recommend to anyone.
