Don't waste the first year of your health journey on this place.. They don't care, they don't reach out or communicate, and they lie about attempting to. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The other office I've reached out to said my numbers made me top priority and got me in quickly after a year of being dismissed by Unity Point with the exact same numbers. Just don't waste your time.
I was tested for 1 thing and then turned away. The entire office refused to see me even though bloodwork and symptoms indicate my issues are hormonal. Many of my other healthcare prividers agree that it looks hormonal. They sent me back to my primary after doing a single test.
Keep getting my appointment moved out further and further; now my family physician won't approve my meds. There answer to this is going to a walk in clinic instead of doing it through my doctor! Not a good idea when it comes to being healthy..
