My experience was great
My experience with the billing department was extremely disappointing. It took over 12 months for my insurance claim to be submitted, despite multiple calls throughout the year asking why it had not been processed. Each time I was told it was being reviewed, but no one followed up or provided a clear explanation. When I later requested additional information, I was told the office manager would return my call. The staff are the reason for the 1-star. If I had a dollar every time I had to track down whether or not another doctor’s office received something from this office, I’d be rich. I spent all day going back and forth between this office and another clinic, only to find out they had the wrong fax number. She supposedly faxed something to U of I, they haven’t received anything either. On top of ALL of this nightmare of phone calls and playing middle man trying to track down my records, they keep/ referring me to a general surge... read more
