The staff are the reason for the 1-star. If I had a dollar every time I had to track down whether or not another doctor’s office received something from this office, I’d be rich. I spent all day going back and forth between this office and another clinic, only to find out they had the wrong fax number. She supposedly faxed something to U of I, they haven’t received anything either. On top of ALL of this nightmare of phone calls and playing middle man trying to track down my records, they keep/ referring me to a general surge... read more

Avoid this clinic at all costs. There is one doctor here. I waited over 15 months to see her, and it turns out Dr. Rao Madhavaram was extremely rude and unhelpful. When she sat down with me, she made me feel stupid and asked why I would ever need a referral to an endocrinologist even though I had all the symptoms of something being off with my thyroid, and that my PCP warranted as a legitimate referral. Dr. Aluri is absolutely amazing! As a new patient she listened to my concerns, she had my history and went over all new changes and went well over an hour with me in the office!! I have stage 3 Kidney disease and with her and my wonderful Nephrologist working together I know I am in the best hands! Thank you!
