I was impressed with the pleasant and friendly staff that I was in contact with. Dr. Briceno was a very informed and considerate doctor, with whom I was very impressed. Thank you for my pleasant visit.
Thanks to everyone for being so patient and kind. This was first time meeting Dr A and he gave a few options to consider and was so helpful and thorough in answering all our questions and explaining. If there was a zero I would have clicked it. I had an appointment that was scheduled the middle of November with this clinic. January was the first appointment available. My appointment was scheduled for 8am. I was asked to arrive at 7:45 so I left my home in Newton shortly before 7am. At 7:44 I was pulling into the parking garage at the hospital and my phone rings. Dawn with Cardiology was amazing. I have been trying to get some test done which are holding up my clearance for surgery and she came through for me. Instead of just scheduling the next available appt which was 12 days away, she made some calls to make things happen for me within a day so I can get cleared for surgery and be out of pain. She went above and beyond what I expected her to and made multiple calls between my primary care, Tricare and the hospital to take care of me.
