I had a stellar experience with the young woman who helped me. She was knowledgeable, courteous and really friendly. And she was not at all annoyed when I mispronounced her name. ;-) I had trouble with the company I used to use in another state and was concerned she would not be able to get my records and my CPAP switched over but it was no trouble for her. Terrible service. They keep bugging you on the phone. When they say they will get back to you, they don't. But they keep bugging you to buy more supplies. You can't go into their locations, because the hours are Terrible. They no longer open on Saturday and close at 5. How are you supposed to get in there if you have a regular job. One night a little later or Saturday morning would make a lot of sense.
